Save the Children Ethiopia Country Office wants to hire competent Consulting firms to design, develop, test-run and trouble-shoot, as needed, a web-based “Performance Management Information System (PMIS)” for READ-CO project. The database system must be user-friendly, cost effective and successfully perform functions such as performance results tracking, monitoring output level indicators and basic analysis of data entered. The overall objective of the PMIS is to make available relevant information to guide evidence based project management decisions
Job Requirements
The consulting firm should have the following qualification and experience:
§ The company should have at least 5 (Five) years of experience in Software Development
§ Experience in database development for programs in reading. Having experience for USAID funded projects and M&E activities will be advantageous
§ Must have relevant education background
§ Must have experience in executing similar tasks for USAID (desirable)-funded activities

Interested applicants should submit their completed tender proposal signed and stamped two separate sealed documents of one technical proposal including curriculum vitae of the proposed professional(s) with supporting document along with copy of renewed firm’s License, and Two Financial proposal “one original” and one Copy ‘including professional fee proposal on the basis of daily rates, VAT and perdium costs, as well as transport costs separately for the stated work to the above mentioned address of Save the Children, Ethiopia Country Office delivered in the bid Box prepared for the purpose on March10, 2016 at 2:00 P.M . The SCI Procurement committee will open the proposals.
Save the Children reserves the right to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid
