Controller, Quality Operations (Coffee Cupper)
With duty station in all Coffee sites (Addis Ababa-Saris, Dire Dawa, Hawassa, Dilla, Sodo, Gimbi, Bedele, Jimma, Bonga) reporting to Supervisor, Quality Operations you will be responsible to:
JOB PURPOSEInspect, analyze, grade and certify ECX quality standards for incoming washed, natural/sundried and local coffee as per ECX quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Plant Science/Horticulture or related fields.
- BSc and 3 years’ work experience ;
- Experience in coffee processing, coffee agronomy and quality control or related field.
- Completed special training and knowledge on coffee cupping, quality control/inspection;
- Knowledge on agricultural commodity quality management, standards and specification;
- Knowledge on the Rules and Quality Operation manual.
