1. Job Title: Manager— Hawassa Corporate Unit (Hawassa)
Job Summary
Under the General Supervision of the Director — Personal & Business Banking Department, the incumbent has the responsibility to: Ensure excellent customer service; Manage and monitor work performance of the Corporate Unit (CU); Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures of the Bank by the unit’s staff and direct, coordinate and supervise the Unit’s Human, financial and administrative activities.
Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements:
BA Degree in Banking and Finance, Management, Accounting, Economics or related business fields.
Six years of relevant work experience of which Four years in supervisor Position
Additional Skills:
Communication and in Interpersonal Skill;
Thorough Knowledge of Banking Business
Ability to build and maintain excellent service quality;
Managerial and decision making ability;
Ability to build team work; and
Skill in using computers and related Soft — ware
2. Job Title: Senior Software Developer
Job Summary
Under the general direction of Manager-Core Banking and Software Development Division, the incumbent is a member of a team of software professionals responsible for the requirements such as: design, construction, integration, testing, verification and maintenance of the Bank’s software products, administers the website of the bank and different interfaces, debugs software related problems using appropriate tools, documents, tracks and monitors all software development.
Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements:
BSC in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related.
Four Years of relevant experience of which 2 years as a Software Developer.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Visual Basic, C#, PHP and others).
Knowledge of system analysis and design methodologies.
Knowledge of database design and implementation (SQL Server, Oracle as well as good know how on SQL language).
Good interpersonal relationship skills.
Knowledge of one or more web application development frameworks (ASP.Net, ASP, PHP, Java, Rub or rails ).
Knowledge of one or more core banking software’s (Optional)
Working in teams, Cooperation and commitment.
