For the Position of President
Institutional Profile
Hope College of Business, Science and Technology (HCBST) is a degree granting, not-for-profit institution of Hope Enterprises, established as a faith-based local charity. Presently, the College has the following vacancies and would like to invite qualified and dynamic applicants.
Job Requirements

Specific qualifications and experience:

    Knowledge of national and global academic imperatives.
    Ability to envision, as well as, engage HCBST in nation-wide efforts of socio- economic and academic developments.
    Ability to engage HCBST in research and consultancy leading to a full-fledged University.
    Ability to network with Higher Institutions of Learning Internationally and Nationally.
    Represent HCBST at National and International forum, as well as, position the Institution to respond to the country’s needs in education, training, research, consultancy and community services;
    Prepare institutional (annual) plans and budget, and ensure their implementation.

Skills and Competencies:
    Ph.D. from a recognized University in Social Sciences, Educational Planning and Management, Accounting or equivalent;
    At least ten years proven experience in human resource development and Leadership as well as academic policy design, development and management;
    Proven track record in resource mobilization and organizational transformation
    Ability to communicate and network with National and International Partners (Stakeholders);
    Ability to inspire trust, confidence and commitment;
    High ethical integrity with willingness to promote the same in every regard;
    Innovative, creative and forward looking.
