Job Position: IT Technical & Sales Expert
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements: BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related background marketing & Sales experience
Microsoft, CISCO,IBM, Linux and other relevant certification
Required excellent communication skill, good team player, self-motivated & proactive
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Scope of Work:
Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow- up calls
Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the Product offered, articulately and confidently;
Marketing and promoting portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events;
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks and electrical equipment
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
Testing and evaluating new technology
Analyzing IT requirements provide independent and objective solutions for the specific requirement
Involve in pre & after sales discussion as well as support.
Identifying potential clients or supplier to build business relationship & promote product & services.
