1. Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer
Job Summary
Under the general supervision of Manager- Engineering Division, the incumbent has the responsibility to evaluate property for collateral and foreclosure. Work involves studying prices of construction materials, preparing specifications for major maintenance, building construction works and supervision of the work.
Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements
B.Sc. Degree in Civil! Building Engineering
4 years of relevant experience out of which 2 years as a Civil/Building Engineer
Additional Skills:
Considerable knowledge of property valuation principles and methods
Considerable knowledge of statistical methods
Ability to collect and analyze data and produce or compile reports
Skill in oral and written communications
2. Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor
Job Summary
Under the supervision of Head-Internal Audit Division, the incumbent has the responsibility to: act as an Audit Team Leader; evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficacy of the Bank’s internal control, risk management and governance systems and give assurance and consulting services to Management and prepare monthly & special reports.
Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements
BA degree in Accounting/Banking & Finance or related
4 years of relevant Banking experience out of which 2 years as a Bank Auditor
Additional Skills:
knowledge of Banking business (credit, foreign and domestic operations)
Proven ability to build and maintain excellent service quality and interpersonal skill
Skill in using computers and related soft-ware
3. Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
Job Summary
Under the supervision of Manager-IT Projects, the incumbent coordinates the execution of IT Project activities; assists the Manager in coordinating IT projects across-various IT units, prepares and follows up execution of project tasks per the pre-approved schedules; handles communications with various stakeholders (internal and external), maintains and keeps resources and documents, and coordinate, follow up and report of the technical implementations and progress of projects.
Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements
B.Sc. Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business/Project Management or related fields
Four years of related experience in IT Projects
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of computer networks of data processing hardware and software function; department standards and procedure; information security and control method; the principles and practices of project management and supervision.
Knowledge of current project management methodologies/tools, techniques and their application to information technology.
Knowledge of the international e-payment Industry
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Knowledge and experience in cross-functional project management methods and techniques.
Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment.
Knowledge of the techniques for managing cross-functional teams.
4. Job Title: Operational and Compliance Risk Officer
Job Summary
Under the supervision of Manager-Risk and Compliance Mgt Dep’t, the incumbent coordinates all risk management activities, is responsible to evaluate the overall information technology risk, report on the actual, mitigated and residual risk related to technology, responsible to formulate framework to assess the IT Risk, supports the operational and compliance risk wing of the Risk Management Department, monitors the containment of the Bank’s operational risks stemming from people, processes, systems and external events focusing on the major business lines of the Bank.
Minimum Work experience and Educational Qualification Requirements
BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Computer Science, Information System, MIS from an accredited University. Applicants with Business and IT background are highly preferred
At least 3 years experience in the financial/banking industry is preferred
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in AML activities
Awareness related to risk management principles in banks and specifically on IT related risk identification and measurement procedures
Report writing skills
Ability to summarize and communicate technical data to a non-technical audience
Adherence to delivery deadlines, team esprit and discipline
