Job Description

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum GPA of 3.0 from the following fields of study: Economics, Business Administration, ICT, Communication, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and Law.
Fluency in English and Amharic required with excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and data gathering skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, with an emphasis on high- performance, results and accountability.
Strong willingness to learn and ability to be a real team player.
Prior extracurricular activity is highly desired, i.e, Youth Association, Community Service etc.
In addition, we place high value on relevant personal qualities such as resourcefulness; tenacity; independence; self-confident; and integrity.
