District Operations Managers
Place of work: Awassa District, Dire Dawa District and Wolaita Sodo District
Salary: As per the attractive salary scale and benefit packages of the Bank
Job summary: Under the general leadership of the District Manager, plans, organizes, coordinates, supervises and controls activities related with district's operation. He/She is responsible for the Implementation of activities related to district operation as per the approved policies, procedures and guidelines. He/ She assists in designing tactics for branches to meet targets; enhances efficiency on various services; coordinates inter-branch relations and communications; ensures effective and rational utilization of resources. He/She also manages analysis of loans and advances under his/her discretionary limits and manages proper implementation of staff selection, transfers, promotion, and timely supply of stationeries, office equipment and furniture as per the Bank's policies and procedures.
Required competencies:
• Decision making ability
• Knowledge of the business environment and credit risks
• Good oral and written communication skill
• Good interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Stress tolerance
• Computer Literacy
• Banking experience is advantageous
Job Requirements:
Required qualification: B.A/M.A Degree in Business Administration/Management /Accounting/Economics/Banking & Finance/related fields
Professional experience: Relevant experience of 9 years for B.A Degree holders & 7 years for M.A Degree holders
