Job Description:
The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Association (CCRDA) is an Association of more than 390 Ethiopian Resident and Foreign Charities involved in relief, rehabilitation and development work in Ethiopia.
The Consortium of Christian Relief & Development Association (CCRDA) is looking for highly motivated professional to fill the following posts.
1M. Job Title: Program anager
Immediate Supervisor: Program Development & Management Core Team
Education: MD, BSc, MPH Degree and other related fields
Preferred - Second degree
Experience: At least eight years of relevant work experience on Managerial position of health related projects.
2. Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Immediate Supervisor: Program Manager
Education: BA, BSc or MA, MSc in Social and natural sciences and other related fields
Experience: At least eight years of relevant work experience on Monitoring and Evaluation of health related projects
Additional Requirements for both posts
Strong knowledge and skills in basic Microsoft and data analysis packages,
Good communication skill and excellent in writing and speaking,
Planning, time management and presentation skill
NGO experience is an advantage.
Terms of Employment: One Year with a possibility of extension based on proven performance
Place of work: Addis Ababa CCRDA office with frequent field visit
Salary: As per CCRDA salary scale benefit package
