Job Description:
As it is an International company with foreign managers, excellent skill in reading, writing, understanding of both English as well as Amharic language is a must. Also very well familiar with Land transferring, buying, exchanging and any related procedures to land ownership.
Job Requirements:
Minimum experience 5 years in MANAGERIAL post in Real Estate or Construction Company

Qualification
Well experienced in land ownership process, management and execution along with land transfer and exchange according to EPRDF's constitution and law on land ownership.
Excellent computer skills, email, and communications along with strong familiarity with technology gadgets is a must. He/ She must also know to drive (have a driving license) for both manual and automatic cars.
Education Level: university graduate- PREFERABLY FROM CIVIL ENGINEERING OR ARCHITECTURAL BRANCHES but BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION is also acceptable
Experience: Minimum 5 years
