Job PositionDescription

• Assist the talk-show producer when necessary in finding story topics
• Work closely with the talk-show producer throughout the production process
• Take briefings on the findings of the research on story topics
• Internalize the questions to be addressed on the show
• Present/Host the show which is mainly of discussion, dialogue or debate

• Present/Host the show which is mainly of discussion, dialogue or debate
• React to instructions given by the director or floor manager through earpiece
• Understanding the issue, content and nature of the news/programs
• Spending time with producers to understand the content of the news/programs
• Doing intensive rehearsal to decide  on the style and tone of presentation
• Hosting/Presenting/Narrating news/programs based on editors direction
