1. Job Title: Manager-Internal Audit Division
Job Summary
Under the Supervision of Director-Internal Audit Department, the incumbent has the responsibility to: assist the Director in coordinating and supervising the activities of the Department; lead an audit team and edit report of the auditors; follow up the timely rectification of audit findings and recommendations by the audited supervision is exercised over subordinates.
Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements
BA Degree in Accounting/Banking & Finance! Management/related
Six years related experience out of which four years on Audit Supervisory position
Additional Skills:
Thorough knowledge of banking business

2. Job Title: Head-Network Support Section
Job Summary
Under the direction of Manager- Infrastructure Division the incumbent has to plan and coordinate the design, installation and connectivity of computer systems & network infrastructure to ensure the stable operation of Zemen bank’s IT Assets. He/she is responsible for developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software & communication links. He/she is also responsible for telephone, data Network, security systems and other electronic infrastructure.
Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements
BSC Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IS or related field
Five years related experience out of which three years as Senior Officer on Networking Administration. CCNP Certification is more preferable
Additional Skills:
Experience in managing and configuring enterprise- wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, etc.
Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, s well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
Leadership quality.
Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/l PSec, SAN, Virtualization, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware such as servers, Firewall, routers, bridges, switches, hubs, modems, network interface cards, and so on.

This role is also responsible for all equipments in the data center.
Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements
BSC Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IS, or related field
Five years related experience out of which three years as Senior Officer on Data center Administration
Certifications in server configuration and administration are more preferable, Microsoft fUN IX /Linux
Additional Skills:
Experience in managing and configuring enterprise-Data center Equipment, Servers operating systems, SAN storage and backup solutions.

Leadership or supervisory experience

Administration Division, the incumbent analyzes and monitors database performance, tunes database as needed, monitor current and projected database disk space usage, develops reliable and timely backup, export and upgrade procedures: Ensure the Oracle Application Servers and related products are properly installed, configured and upgraded ensures the availability, security and efficiency of the database and database systems.

7. Job Title: Risk Management Officer
Job Summary
Under the supervision of Manager-Risk Management Department, the incumbent participates in the preparation of the budget and functional plan of the Risk Management Department. Identifies, measures, monitors and controls various risks faced by the Bank concentrating mainly on the risks identified on the risk Management system of Zemen Bank S.C. credit, Liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rate and operational risks. In addition, he/she recommends measures to be taken on risks identified in the areas of credit, foreign exchange, liquidity, interest rate and operations. Assesses both internal and external factors for continuous identification of risks and record and compile risk data as per the framework established by the Risk Manager.
Minimum Work experience and Educational Qualification Requirements
BA in Accounting Economics, Management, Banking and Finance or other related fields
At least 3 years experience in the financial/banking industry as risk officer, credit analyst, loan officer, loan review officer, asset -liability risk management officer, market risk officer, IBD officer, bank examiner etc
Additional Skills:
Exposed to risk management activities and loan review tasks
Awareness related to risk management principles in banks and specifically on credit, market and liquidity risks and their identification and measurement procedures
