1. General Manager (Divisional)

Grade: 11
Duty stations: Mekelle for Tigray Division; Bahir Dar for Amhara Division, and Jimma or AlA for Western Ethiopia Division
JOB SUMMARY:
Habesha Breweries is rapidly expanding both in terms of volume and geographical coverage of Ethiopia. In line with the company’s goals and structure, Ethiopia is divided in to six Divisions. Each division is in turn divided into territories, which are led by regional sales managers who are responsible for Agents, Sales executors and Customer service representatives. In addition, each Division has several warehouses and depots, managed within the Division.
The General Manager (Divisional) is responsible to provide overall leadership to the division including sales performance, training and development of people, staying within budget and planning and executing the allocation of resources. A proper understanding of sales, marketing and logistics is required in addition to basic financial knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
BSc in business management, economics, marketing, logistics or related fields, and Masters qualification is a plus
8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing settings OR equivalent, and supervisory/managerial experience is a plus;
Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of logistics and finance
Proven experience and track record in working in fast moving consumer goods industry
Capable of making decisions under pressure
Must have a strong will to succeed with lots of resilience
Capable of motivating & developing (young) people and teams
Proper knowledge of the division geographically & culturally
Original thinker — boosts innovation, new ideas and is capable of executing them
Willing to work long days & weeks, including Sundays
Driving license
2. Regional Sales Manager

Duty stations: DlMarkos, Chagni, Bahir Dar, DjTabor. Gondar, Woldiva, and Jimma
JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Manager, reporting to the respective divisional General Manager will be responsible to plan, organize and coordinate the overall sales and distribution functions of the territory that he/she is assigned to. Participate in setting sales targets and proposes the formulation of possible functional strategy to achieve them.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least BA Degree in Marketing, Management/Business Administration or related fields;
6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing settings OR equivalent, and supervisory/managerial experience is a plus;
Excellent communication & report writing skills, and proficiency in Amharic, in the regional language, and English is necessary;
Driving license
3. Transport Manager

Duty stations: Addis Ababa
JOB SUMMARY:
The Transport Manager will be responsible to efficiently manage use of company- owned transport fleet through use of GPS fleet management system, track route durations and reduce truck turnaround times to bare minimum. He/she will be responsible to coordinate fleet of 50+ third party trucks through different suppliers keeping # of trips at minimum; develops capable third-party transporter per division (6 in total). He/she also develops and implements Habesha transportation manual for both. company-owned and third party transport; monitors trip durations and develop ‘ideal’ trip duration goals for supply from factory to various locations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Property and Supplies Management, Business Administration, or related fields
5+ years of relevant experiences in transport in management
Background in logistics/transportation
Experience in dealing with (truck) drivers
Fluent in English and Amharic, spoken + written
Well acquainted with GPS-based systems/quick learner with IT
Computer skills — MS Word ‘and Excel
4. Data Systems Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
The Data System Manager will be responsible to guarantee database and CMS sales data integrity and consistency countrywide. He/ she will be responsible for the development and implementation of software safety processes and procedures across all divisions. He/ she will also be responsible to countrywide verification of CMS and warehouse data on POS placement vs. actual in-market placement of POS materials and report on weekly basis. The Data System Manager will be responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of Habesha Breweries’ software data systems in consultation with divisional managers, insights manager and sales operations manager
REQUIREMENTS:
At least B.Sc degree in Computer and/or IT or related disciplines; certification in data management and related field is a plus
4+ years of work experience in related roles
Strong technical knowledge of mobile devices and data systems (especially Android-based)
Advanced computer skill (Ms office packages like work, excel and power point preparation skills)
Driving license is necessary
5. Sales Executor

Duty stations: Ambo, Jimma, Jiaiiga, Chagni, Bahir Dar, Gondar, Debre Tabor, and Woldiva
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Executor will be responsible to develop consumers or retailers focused marketing (brand building) scheme with strategic outlets in the territory with clear and measurable objectives and execute them upon the approval. He/she will primarily be responsible to see the execution of sales drivers such as pricing, promotion and visibility and also planning and execution of POS placement and hosting ‘Habesha’ activations.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least BA Degree in Marketing, Management/Business Administration or related fields;
2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a busy manufacturing settings OR equivalent, and supervisory/managerial experience is a plus;
Excellent organization, planning of tasks, and documentation skills, and
Excellent communication, report writing skills and proficiency in Amharic and English and regional or the respective sales territory language;
Willing and available for work in the evenings in the crowded bars/pubs;
Driving license
6. Depot Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:
The Depot Supervisor will be responsible to lead the efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of produces. He/she will also be responsible to the documentation and reporting of all depot activities/transactions real-time. He/ she will be responsible to oversee the maintenance 6f depot including safety standards and security of the depot and the stock.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least BA Degree in Property/Supplies/Logistics Management, or related business studies;
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a busy depot, plus people management or supervisory/managerial experience;
Excellent organization, planning of tasks, and documentation skills
Excellent communication, report writing skills and proficiency in Amharic and English;
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays and during nights
7. Fleet Maintenance Support

JOB SUMMARY:
The Fleet maintenance support will be responsible to provide detailed technical maintenance of all company owned vehicles, evaluate technical quality of work done by garages across the country and provide immediately assistance in case of accidents on 24 hr basis. He/she is responsible to follow up the service periods of company owned vehicles and overall technical management of the GPS fleet management system.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles - especially 4WD’s and big truck
Thorough understanding of workmanship of repair on vehicles
TVET or Diploma in Automobile Maintenance
Amharic, English preferable
Highly organized person with driving license
Basic computer skills (Excel + Word) required
8. Operations Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible to manage and document stock in operations store room. He/she will be responsible to coordinate sending and receiving of warehouse documents, consumables, working tools/clothing to all company owned warehouses through use of EMS/ other means of shipment/transportation. The Operation Coordinator is also responsible to monitor and track stock levels of WH consumables across WH’s, depots across the country, proactively follow up on resupply of their stock levels
REQUIREMENTS:
At least Diploma in Supply and Logistics Management or related fields
2+ years of relevant experiences
Highly organized, neat and punctual
Basic computer skill (Excel + Word) required

9. Cashier Accountant

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the warehouse Cashiers Manager, the job holder is responsible to maintains petty cash as per the authorized amount; effects payments at the warehouse level; prepares cash and credit sales documents and ensures all sales are reported to HO Finance on timely basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Diploma / TVET Level 4 in Accounting OR related fields
3+ years of work experience as a cashier accountant or Accountant.
