Key responsibilities:
Exploring the market, meeting with clients and introducing SHFC services
Developing a growing presence on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter etc…
Developing ideas and bringing forward creative suggestions on improving the marketing footprint.
Creating marketing campaigns and working to see them executed.
Creating and developing new and innovative ways to communicate the company’s message to customers.
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Supporting the marketing agents in day-to-day marketing activities.
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Any other duties as requested by Manager

The job would suit a lively, creative, organized, forward-thinking and positive, customer-focused individual who is used to the dynamics of a very busy sales office within a growing company.
Skills/other requirements
BA degree in marketing from a recognized university is essential.
Two years previous experience in a similar marketing role.
Strong and confident communicator.
Good computer skills and report writing experience
Fluency in English & Amharic
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to cope with stressful situations
