Job Description:
Job Summary:
Process payments, maintain accounting records of the company and finance documents, and provide necessary financial information when requested.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process payments requested by the different officers.
Collect and properly file accounting documents in appropriate file.
Record necessary transactions on the system and keep financial records up-to-date.
Conduct bank reconciliations.
Supervise and control the activities of cashier.
Prepare periodic financial reports.
Any other related jobs assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Education
Experience in accounting software such as peacthree, sage, etc.
Fluent in English
BA in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in accounting
Import and Export company experience will be advantageous
