1. Job title: Manager, Information Technology Projects Department
Job Summary: The incumbent plans, organizes, directs and controls cross-functional IT projects and other issues of the department to deliver specific measured results for the Bank; plans and budgets and works by pooling resources, allocating work to employees and, regularly monitoring every stage of work. Planning and implementation, and assumes responsibilities over large-scale and multiple projects, actively collaborating with cross functional teams, and assist in providing strategic direction across all project initiatives.
Minimum work experience & Educational Qualification;
B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related fields
8 years of relevant work experience (mainly in managing iT Projects) of which at least five years in supervisory level.
Additional skills:
Knowledge of computer networks, of data processing hardware and software function; of department standards and procedure, of information security and control method: of the principles and practices of project management and supervision.
Knowledge of current project management methodologies/ tools, techniques and their application to information technology.
Knowledge of project management knowledge areas and process group
Knowledge of the international e-payment industry
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Knowledge and experience in cross functional project management methods and techniques.
Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment.
Knowledge of the techniques for managing cross-functional teams.
2. Job title: IT Project Coordinator
Under the direct supervision of Manager-IT Projects, the incumbent coordinates the execution of IT Project activities, assists the manager in coordinating IT projects across-various IT units, prepares and follows, up execution of project tasks per the pre-approved schedules; handles communications with various stakeholders (internal and external), maintains and keeps resources and documents, and coordinate, follow up and report of the technical implementations and progress of projects.
Minimum work experience & Educational Qualification;
B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related fields
4 years relevant work experience
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of computer networks, of data processing hardware and software function; of department standards and procedure; of information security and control method: of the principles and practices of project management and supervision
